Rainmaker - The Canna Society - June 2021

Full album : https://imgur.com/a/pCbSMMr Genetics : Citral Skunk x Mandarin Sunset Bred by : ethos An Ethos Genetics bred strain involving Citral Skunk and Mandarin Sunset. Beautiful looking buds, displaying a dark hued complexion consisting of pine greens and deep purples that work in harmony to compliment it's heavy population of thin, wild orange pistils. Coated in a hefty layer of frosty trichomes, adding a white sheen to them. The trim and cure are both on point as well, leaving the nugs with a firm density and moderately sticky texture. The nose on this Rainmaker instantly reminded me of a green crack or better yet, PG13 which is part of the lineage. It even has similarities in the looks! Notes of sweet herbal kush accented by hints of pine and spice. Also a peculiar smell that has always reminded me of cloves when I come across it. Also a faint touch of skunk upon grinding but none of the cheese qualities that some descriptions mention. The taste is a little different with more of a skunk influenced flavour paired with spicy and nutty undertones and a hint of sweetness at times. Burns real nice and smooth, leaving behind a soft salt and pepper ash and medium sized grease ring. This Rainmaker posseses quite the potent buzz as it delivers a combination of balanced heady and physical qualities. Right off the bat you're met with a powerful, spaced out head high that's backed by a very uplifted, up tempo feeling. It's not notably heavy or couch locking but does offer a great sense of tranquility throughout it's course. Perfect hybrid for kicking back with on a slow or rainy day as it has the potential to be mildly sedating.

LOWPRICEBUD - EXTREME MONKEY ROPE - JUNE’21

MOM: LOWPRICEBUD Overall rating: 9/10 Communication/service: 10/10 i asked for a sticker and they gave me one so that was nice! Shipping/packaging: 9/10 Very secure packaging as always, a loooot of tape and sealing lol was a bit of a pain to open Product to review - LAUGHING MONKEY EXTREME ROPE Review: I 100% prefer this one over the extreme gummy!! This has no weed taste at all and it’s much easier to portion it out. Plus it’s in nerd ropes form so it tastes really really good. They also had this in 600mg if 1000mg is too high but my friends and I like to split it so this one was perfect. I give the candy itself a 10/10, you can’t go wrong with this one. (Forgot to take a pic of the candy itself cause my friends were the ones who opened it but it looks exactly like a normal nerds rope!)

Good morning Canada, i was given these edibles to try. I took 2 pieces yesterday (40mg x2) and it got me pretty stoned, i plan to try 3 next time. They taste so good i had to prevent myself from eating the whole bag at once. I wouldn't drive after eating those. I give it a solid 8.5, thank you GrassCove.

-= Death Curse - HGA - June 2021 =-

I grabbed this strain during the 420 sales and it took me time to write a review because I got really mixed feeling with this one. It's the most expensive strain I've tried yet from HGA and at 280$ /oz before the sale I was expecting it to be at least on par with the Gwiz or the DMC, but it's not. Two things. I'm not usually the guy to complain about how a strain burns, but the strain doesn't burn well and it's very hard to light a bowl. The hash always burns black with little to no white at all sometime. The other thing wouldn't be an issue if the description didn't say the effect were strong, because this strain hit more like a hybrid with a nice balanced high that won't put you to sleep right away, but can make you feel sleepy after a while or if you're smoking after a long day of work. The taste is gassy minty and a bit fruity. It reminds me a lot of the death bubba, but more smooth creamy and fruity. The nugs were all pretty much medium sized with a few small nugs, still a bit sticky and not too dry. The smell is not very strong, but it does smells really good and it smells similar to the taste. If you can get a better batch that burns better it would be a much more enjoyable experience, but for what I got I can't recommend it full price or even the 20% off sale it's at right now.

Platinum Cookies * Bhang Bhang * June

Strain - Platinum Cookies (OG Kush x Durban Poison) Visual/Texture - composed between smaller to medium sized buds, decently compact with a crisp shelled exterior, minor sponginess, slight give when pressed, and quite the sticky inner freshness to each nug once ripped apart. The vast majority of the bud holding an olive green shading, with several portions popping in a dark vibrant purple highlights. Several thinncopper pistils branching out, and caked over by a thick blanket of frosted snow white trichomes Scent - quite notably Platinum Cookies carry an aroma of sweet and subtle terpenes that pleasantly waft off. Giving off scents of sweet berry, nutty notes, hints of dough, and a sour herbalness carrying through Smoke - an ash lighter grey with flakes of pepper, and producing a resin ring fairy quick on the draw. Reminiscent of the sweet smell, you're welcomed with equal delight with each inhale, taking in berries, doughy, with a herbal nuttiness. Exhales consisting mostly of a musky earthiness, with tastes of sweet herbs High - being an evenly balanced hybrid (50/50) Platinum Cookies provides an equal effect of both Sativa and Indica alike working together in perfect harmony. Beginning the high off with a raised sense of euphoria, mood enhancement, and an uplifted surge of energy. After awhile you feel the stone take a sudden shift in the other direction sending a deep relaxation throughout your entire body, alleviating any pre-existing pain. A tasty twist up for any time of the day that won't fail to get you baked, yet still keeping productive

Blue Cherry MAC Flower Rosin- (Squishlist) WTF Cannabis- June 2021

Beautifully wet consistency with exterior being as wet as the interior. Light golden hues alongside darker amber streams throughout. Had a sticky, thick runny consistency I’d liken to honey, which was easy to manipulate and collect a dab. Aromas were present as soon as I opened the jar with heavy creamy scents with some sugary fruit hitting the nose on the tailend. As the rosin was agitated these smells only intensified with sweet berry aromas becoming more apparent. Clean melt for flower rosin with the expected amount of darker residue left behind. Flavours on the vapour were mainly sweet, creamy and slightly fruity; moreso in a soft rich way than any sharp in your face fruitiness. Found the effects were balanced with an initial cerebral buzz felt behind the eyes, helping me feel uplifted right off the bat. Then mellowed out by the potent body load arriving soon after. One I’d likely consider perfect option for the evening but could see myself grabbing it for a mid-day session too.

Sugarcane sourced from classics_to June 2021

Sugarcane • Lineage: Platinum x Slurricane • Bred by Inhouse Genetics • Cultivated by Private ACMPR • Sourced from @classics_to • ? • Bag appeal - nice long and skinny conical shaped buds that are perfectly trimmed and have an amazing cure being rock hard with density, sticky to the touch, and the inside is extremely sticky and hella greasy gumming up your fingers from breaking down buds. Some light and dark olive green with plenty of lovely purples both dark and light pinkish purple tones and an abundance of wirey fire orange pistils. Covering them completely, adding immensely to the already gorgeous bag appeal is a thick coating of resinous full headed trichomes. Just stunning! • ??? • Smell/Taste/Burn - the nose straight out of the bag is definitely sweet and sugary with equally sweet grape candy undertones that intensify when busted making for a delicious terp profile. The taste is just like the smell with very sweet sugary grapes that turn a bit spicy when exhaling and have an aftertaste that reminds me of fermented grapes. Very nice terps! Joints burn perfectly even and with a nice oil ring while producing a salt and pepper colored ash • ? • High - an uplifting, mood elevating, and euphoric high leaves you feeling amazing and stress free right from the start. There is also a nice pain relieving body high that chimes in shortly after making for nicely balanced effects which are long lasting and have no sedation or crash to speak of being a great all day type smoke that is also perfect for wake and baking. This strain is amazing for pain, depression, anxiety, fatigue, and also appetite loss as it leaves me with a serious case of the munchies every time. • ? • Overall this was my 1st real existence with Sugarcane and I am very pleased as i knew i would be coming from HH. Phenomenal bag appeal, wicked terps that translate perfectly, greasy burn to a salt and pepper ash, and strong well balanced effects. I rate this Quality 9.6/10

Runtz S1 (Flawless.bc) - Sourced by Red Dye Design - June 2021

Full album : https://imgur.com/a/ZZ32QGl Runtz x Runtz exoticgenetix Runtz S1. A result of crossing Runtz with itself. Chunky, dark green nugs with deep purple accents throughout, coated in a greasy blanket of trichomes and thin orange hairs. Dense in structure with a crisp exterior and moderately sticky interior, demonstrating a great cure as the buds cleanly snap away from their stems. All followed by a close trim that leaves minimal sugar leaf behind. The best way to describe the nose on this Runtz S1 is a citrusy, creamy blend of gelato and oranges. More so like the rind than the actual fruit. Very explosive and distinct, bringing to mind strains like frosted fruit cake, jack frost, and orange creamsicle. An identical terpene profile when it comes to the flavour as well, delivering a pronounced citrus tasting smoke that finishes in a creamy gelato exhale. Very smooth and enjoyable in either a bong or joint, burning with a light grey ash and steadily building oil ring. An incredibly potent high that begins before you even know it. What starts off as a balanced buzz with euphoric and calming effects soon escalates and transitions into a very cerebrally focused stone with relaxed physical effects as well. It really allows you to loosen up and settle the nerves while still having your head perched up in the clouds in a state of bliss. Long lasting as well with light sedative effects, although due to it's higher potency it can indeed be heavy for those with a lower tolerance or when simply smoking too much.

Death Bubba AAAA - Highgradeaid - June 2021

Potency - This really knocked me out after a work day. Recommend seshing at night for this one. Heavy eyes, lazy, body high just chilling. Put me down real nice as expected of a death bubba Bag Appeal - The buds were quite nice on this death bubba. Extremely sticky, my grinder was having a tough time moving. Great structure like a christmas tree. The trichomes are moderate and the trim is good as well. Some minor leaves but its okay Taste/Smell - Not really the right person to describe this section as I'm not a daily smoker or connoisseur LOL. It definitely does reek upon opening the bag. Nice heavy pungent earthy smell. Burn/Ash - The inside of the joint was light grey to white. This part was crazy, VERY wet resin ring built up. Burned nice and sloooowww. Super wet resin. After my car accident i resorted to cannabis over pills and hga has taken care of me. Compassionate team there, thank you. http://imgur.com/gallery/YZhwoTt

Strawberry Dream - Kootenay Botanicals - June 2021

Beautiful minty green colours from this strain with lighter orange pistils and lovely coating of milky trichomes. Nugs were very fresh with a semi dense and slightly fluffy texture. Fairly loose trim leaving behind quite a few sugar leaf. The fragrance coming from these buds were lovely. With a mix of sweet berries, tropical notes and floral aromas. Upon smoking I immediately noticed the aromas were translating very nicely into the flavour with an added subtle herbal aftertaste. The high from this started out sativa leaning for me with a nice uplifted happy feeling not long after smoking that turned into more of a slight haziness with a mellowed vibe. This is a great strain for smoking throughout the day without any burnt out feeling.

LA Confidential - Kush Station - June

LA Confidential (flower): Great strain! Smells like skunk. I left for some errands before I could smoke, when I came home it just smelled of skunk (woohoo!) I found the high to creep up. I like the moisture of the bud, just right. Also the bag appeal is leaps and bounds better than local dispos. If I were to rate it, I would give it a 10/10. But I've been saving money by smoking small amounts from the local dispensaries so my tolerance may be very low. I would totally buy it again though, I just love it. Mary's Sour Swirl (55mg edible) These taste great. They taste as if they should be sour, and are a little, but they are not very sour. The texture feels like the jello at the bottom of the bowl when you don't stir it quite enough. I'm not complaining though, these set me over $50 for my min order. There should be more edibles that are priced $5-$10 just for this reason. The high is quite good. Tastes great. Will be buying again!8/10

Sundae Driver - MonkeyBudz - June

*Part of a sample pack kindly sent by MonkeyBudz in exchange for an honest review Buds were all smalls although looked extremely caked in trichomes. Heavy fuzzy coating of crystals noticed giving it a whiter hue with an overall lighter green present. There was also some purples noticed here and there as well as a few dark brown hairs. No sign of dryness felt at all although no stickiness was present. Very nice nose on this strain, despite it being a 99$ budget ounce. Definitely was a unique profile being slightly fruity with a candy like sweetness to it. There was also fermented wine like notes that stood in the background and tied the profile up really well. Ground to good moisture and rolled easilly. Burned to a near white ash with some pepper and had a decent smoothness. Taste on this was similar to the nose getting those fruity notes with that slightly fermented twist. A mild sweetness also came through with the addition of some earthy and woody notes. High on this was was very enjoyable and offered a super chilled out euphoric head space with really good pain relief. Doesnt make you tired despite its relaxing effects, fun head high paired together well with the buzz and made this a really enjoyable high for me. Came in at mid potency and had long lasting effects. Quality: 8.3 Value: 8.6
