Red Congo • Lineage: Sativa Landrace • Bred by Unknown • Cultivated by @prohibition_cultivations • Sourced from @prohibition_farms • ? • Visuals - medium sized nicely trimmed and surprisingly dense buds are slightly squishy, very sticky and greasy feeling and don't crumble when squished as they were properly cured. Minty and olive green buds with the odd hint of purple throughout and tons of long and thick red and orange pistils with a nice layer of frosty white trichomes that have majority of the heads still intact. Gorgeous! • ??? • Smell/Taste/Burn - your typical Red Congo nose that is pungent and in your face upon opening the jar with those peppered Lemon cleaner terps that have an underlying sweetness and some rubbery Haze and gas. A great translation from the nose to a nice smooth smoke that is made up of that lemon cleaner profile with peppery overtones, an underlying sweetness and those rubber and Haze terps on the exhale. Joint burn perfectly and form a nice sized oil ring while producing a lightly peppered white ash • ? • High - a potent cerebral onset that instantly provides tons of energy and creativity with a clear headed, uplifting and focused head stone that instantly eliminates stress, anxiety and depression by elevating your mood along with some light effects on the body that work wonders on my chronic back pain. This stuff is a wicked daytime smoke and perfect for wake and baking as it's sure to motivate you to get going • ? • Overall Congo is and always has been one of my favorite Sativa's as when it's done properly (like this batch for example) it always delivers. Nice looking bud, delicious, loud and perfectly translating terps, clean and slightly greasy burning to a white ash, and a nice potent sativa high that lasts. That real deal Red Congo!
