Dosidos - OneTwoTreez // January 2020

Despite being entirely new to me, Dosidos rang familiar bells as it is a parent to a cultivar I am versed with: Peanut Butter Breath. Paralleled aromas of musk and a distinct nutty scent are present with both strains however this particular batch was more gas-forward with just the tiniest hint of berries. The flower arrived full, dense and slightly crispy as they just teeter the line of being over cured, but not dry. Wide variation in colour as some of the buds donned an almost completely encompassing shade of deep muted purple, while others remained bright green with the odd darker sugar leaves. Burning smooth and almost pure white, the effects were surprisingly potent and would creep up on you; needing a solid 10 to 15 minutes to fully set in after your session. Flavours of berries, roasted nuts and just enough of that skunky kick from it's OG lineage fill your mouth with each exhale as you dose yourself further and further away from reality. Waves of euphoria and uplifted moods are to be expected, making this the perfect daytime cultivar to keep you floating through the bullshit. Quality: 7.5/10 Value: 9/10

Death Tuna - One Two Treez // January 2020

Death Tuna is the cannabis lovechild of two heavy and sedative parent genetics, so it’s no surprise that these stalky buds were practically glued to each other fresh out of the mylar. Fully developed trich heads run plentiful throughout this gas-forward batch and give a beautiful and noticeable glisten under natural light and even more so under flash. Deep forest greens dominate the colour palette with a couple of sugar leaves that developed into a hue of purple that is stripped of most it’s saturation - black almost. Breaking down this flower is such a treat because the aromas that were already robust just amplify themselves and really bring forward that sharp petroleum, which was reminiscent of Rockstar from Enigma Extracts for those who have had it. Just rocket fuel with a hint of pine. Almost immediately the effects take hold and it becomes quite evident just how potent this batch is. This was a powerful and full bodied high that I really experienced in my chest and the tops of my arms, which were left buzzing for hours on a rather minimal dosage. This stuff will linger in your mouth and really greases up for rolling, leaving that oil ring a good halfway through the paper. Another reliable knockout that’s recommended for evening to night use only. Quality: 8.5/10 Value: 9/10

Death Bubba Reaper- Onetwotreez-Jan 2021

Found the buds to be tightly packed and sticky to the touch. The buds had mainly dark forest and lighter green patches making up the chunky tapered buds. The buds were trimmed nicely but seemed to be lacking some trich heads on the exterior for me to speak to. On the interior though the heads were densely packed being mainly comprised of clear and cloudy heads. Smells were pungent with heavy fuel aromas kicking things off with a tail end of herbal and mildly floral aromas. Found this smoked very slowly in a joint with a greasy oil ring becoming present a third through the joint. Finished with a light grey ash with some darker flecks. Flavors on the smoke were all gas on inhale with some woody and mild herbal notes on exhale. Effects were Indica leaning which had me feeling relaxed right from the get-go with euphoric, calm and mellow vibes. Some sedative effects were also present as my eyelids became pretty weighted a half hour post smoke.

Pre-98 Bubba- Onetwotreez-Jan 2021

Medium sized and significantly dense fat spade shaped nugs had multitudes of greens in the background with some dark purple patches. These colours alongside the greasy looking exterior made for some catching visuals. Found the moisture level and stickiness of the buds were on point but the exterior did again lack a ton of untouched trichomes on the outside. In the crevices though the trichomes were short stalked with fat clear and cloudy globular heads. The buds were also excessive sticky which made both using a grinder and busting it up by hand a task. Smells were also top notch with intensely gassy and clean citrus aromas that was so damn nice. Smoke on this was great with the same gassy and citrus notes hitting with powerful and thick clouds that filled the lungs quickly. Burned nicely with a lighter grey ash with some minor peppering but was greaaaaasy all the way through. Effects were impressive with effects that initially had me with an overly stoned head high making it difficult to string thoughts together. This mellowed out when a heavy physically relaxing body high started dominating the effects. This one has a high risk of couchlock amateurs should take note of.

Mandarin Cookies- Onetwotreez-Jan 2021

One long somewhat chunky 5-gram bud alongside its 2-gram counterpart made up this quarter. Background colours were minty green with patches of light green and dusty purples that were whitewashed by the thick coating of milky white trichomes. Long dark green to purple sugar leaves pointed towards the tip which protected a lot of the trichome coverage below. There were also light peach to rusty orange pistils adding to the already diverse colour palette. As I looked closer, the densely packed long milky stalks had a nice balance of heads atop. Smells coming off the bud were mainly musty and nutty with some underlying menthol and pine. This was a weird nose to me but kind of intriguing; took me a while to decide on the combo of scents I was picking up. Found the joint burned nicely with a uber clean white ash with an incredibly smooth smoke. A small oil ring was present midway through the joint. Found the effects hit nicely behind the eyes and above the shoulder with a cerebral buzz that allowed me to stay focused and keep my thoughts organized. Nicely episodic uplifting vibes kicked in from time to time. Moreso suited for daytime activities but without any sedation to speak of it’s perfect to keep yourself motivated without any fatigue or lethargic feelings.

Death Bubba - OneTwoTreez // January 2020

Community-adorned and fan-favourited Death Bubba has found it’s way through the process once more, and it surely won’t be the last. I’ll never get tired of reviewing these genetics, which if expressed properly will give you a greasy knockout that should be a staple in every stoners stash and this batch from @onetwotreezhq is no exception. Two sizeable colas with above average bag appeal make up the quarter, each perfectly manicured and denser than the center of the earth. Prior to being broken down, aromas were muted fresh out of the Mylar, but present nonetheless. These really came to life when you started to open up the flower with strong scents of sweet pine and an earthy, diesel fuel that would ring familiar to anyone who has previous experience with Death Bubba. Potent and tranquilizing effects that start strong in your chest to slowly creep it’s way throughout your limbs with sloth-like motivation levels; this is recommended for evening to night use. Quality: 8.0/10 Value: 9/10

Platinum Pink from One Two Treez January

These beautifuly coloured medium to large sized buds came to me from One Two Treez. Once again this pink cross strain reeked of pink kush and (the only way I can describe it) the tire isle of Canadian Tire . The smell translates over to the taste almost flawlessly. A sweet rubbery pink taste that will keep you coming back for more. Once again with this round from @onetwotreezhq has a near perfect dry and cure. It burns extremely clean and produces a white ash and thick white clouds of smoke. The high is heavy and a wise choice for bedtime. Once again if you're not an avid smoker this stuff has ability to knock you out, if you don't use it responsibly of course.

Mandarin Cookies • Lineage: Cookies x Mandarin Sunset • Bred by @ethoscolin • Cultivated by Private ACMPR • Sourced from onetwotreez • ? • Bag appeal - These large sized extremely dense and uniquely shaped buds with foxtails shooting off them are trimmed perfectly with a great cure leaving them with that snappy texture that is both greasy and sticky to the touch amd even more once busted into. These eye catching nugs are made up of pale olive and sone darker greens, deep dark purples as well as lighter shades, as well as black, blue, and even some grey and have a mix of red, orange, and very dark rust colored pistils. The coating of milky white trichomes gives them a completely whitewashed look as they are completely covered and have many visible heads still intact. Super sexy buds! • ??? • Smell/Taste/Burn - the smell coming off this batch as soon as cracking the seal is quite loud with a strong sour citrusy overtone to some rich earthy terps and just hints of cookies. The terps unfortunately don't translate to the smoke though I wasn't expecting it to based on past experiences and it is dominated by a sharp earthy profile that doesn't really let any other terps come through other than just hints of sour Mandarin and Cookies. Joints burn perfectly even building up a sizable oil ring quick fast and produce a mostly white ash with some minor peppering. • ? • High - this one is a is nicely balanced right from the start and holds that buzz the entire time with a lifted sense of euphoria and motivation leaving you stress free being great for stress and or depression. There is a mild body high that cones into play not too long after the initial effects that may work for minor aches and pains but is not one recommended for treating those sorts of symptoms. Great daytime smoke. • ? • Overall this is a very nice cut of Mandarin Cookies, one of if not the best I've had to date. Bag appeal is just amazing, the terps are hella loud on the nose but not so much the taste, the burn is clean and greasy, and has a nice balanced high. I rate this.......... Quality 9.5/10

Pre 98 Bubba • Lineage Unknown • Bred by Unknown • Cultivated by Private ACMPR • Sourced from onetwotreez • ? • Bag appeal - these medium sized buds are nicely trimmed with a perfect cure leaving them super dense, stupid sticky, and somewhat greasy to the touch. Some light and dark greens with shades of deep purples with some appearing black make up these buds with thin winding rust colored pistils. The layer of resinous trichomes if very evident even when just looking at these nugs and have many visible heads still intact. • ??? • The smell straight out of the little mylar is dank and super loud filling the air quickly with that dank and skunky Bubba gas. Those terps translate perfectly into a thick and flavorful smoke tasting of sweet and skunky fuel with a dank earthy exhale with notes of coffee and is the type of smoke to build that tickle in the back of the throat. Joints burn perfectly even and very slow with a sizable oil ring right from the start and produce a clean white ash with minor peppering. • ? • High - this one slaps good and fast starting right between the eyes and quickly making it's way through the entire body leaving you pretty much instantly melting into the couch. This stuff is amazing for pain amd just an all around great representation of Pre-98 Bubba with very potent and long lasting indica effects that will also have you snoring if you smoke enough. Definitely recommended for an evening smoke or for those days when getting off the couch is not a concern. • Overall this strain is so amazing and this company put out the best cut I have had in a while. Bag appeal is on point, terps are hella loud and translate perfectly, the burn is clean, and the buzz very potent. I rate this....... Quality 9.8/10

Pink Comatose from One Two Treez January

These two chunky buds of Pink Comatose (equaling a little over 7g) came to me from One Two Treez with a nose piercing scent of that traditional pink smell. Literally as soon as I open the sealed bag it engulfed my room with a strong pink kush smell. The buds are chunky, sticky and so dense it barely has any pushback when you try to squish it. The dry and cure are on par with everything else I've tried from them, spot on. The high for me leans towards a really nice relaxing and euphoric head high. I would highly recommend using this flower at night time, unless you're an experienced smoker. This is definitely a strain I would order again. 8.5/10
