Cake batter Looks: Absolutely caked in trichs, looks like someone dumped some snow all over this bud, triched out hard making the buds look almost white. A light orange coloured hair contrasts the white trichomes beautifullly, and the trim job on display is fairky tight and well done. The nugs are dense, medium to large in size, nice and mature, not airy. I got one monster 7 gram nug that Ill be showing off in the pics, it was a beauty!The bud itself has a minty lime green sort of colour, looks nice. Smell: Very unique smell, reminds me of the crunchberry kush with a bit of a twist, and less kushy. Youre met with a sweet,floral, spiced smell when opening the bag. once busted, the sweetness amplifies and a definite ginger smell comes through, as well as some sweetgrass type notes that remind me of some nuken funk. Taste: Taste matches the smell nicely, in the vape and in concentrate (rosin) form. A sweet cake flavour with spiced ginger and sweetgrass flavours and a little melon kush comes through, its quite intricate and fairly terpy. I thought this was a cool terp profile to try because it was like the crunchberry but different at the same time. Ginger terps are cool, and I dont find them too common. Quality: Very smooth, awesome high. Lots of vapor in the mighty and the dabs were smooth and tasty. High is incredible, I find this to be a great hybrid without being too stimulating. I can use this for sleeping or a wake and bake for getting things done. Potent but not anxiety inducing, no negative side effects like harshness, sore throat or coughing. Review: Looks: Very Pretty looking nugs, mostly medium to large dense nugs that are caked in trichs, the chronic looks dusted in some fine icing sugar. light orange hairs contrast blue and purple hues in the leaves and a wonderful trim job is on display. Cure is great, nice and fresh and the bud itself is a wonderful lighter green colour. Smell: An Intriguing musty funk, with hints of orange zest and creamy cookie funk on display. Smells great. When busted the smell gets a bit stronger but nothing that will punch you in the face. orange creamsicle kush comes to mind Taste: the taste was quite muted, I really was hoping the delicious smells i was getting were going to come through nicely in the vape, but it was just a faint hint of spiced creamy cookie taste with some pine in there. I also squished into some rosin as can be seen last picture and the flavour wasnt much more pronounced, but it was a very strong and clean dab, and looked nice to boot! (Yielded 11 percent in the press in a 190 f squish for three minutes) High: My favourite part of this beautiful cannabis, the high is absolutely delightful. I find it hits me like a hybrid, with some indica leaning traits. Nice and airy. whimsical high with that nice calming cookie effect. I really feel this stuff behind the eyes, relaxing my whole face and then moving on to the body a bit. Great all around strain, very potent but relaxing stuff. Been enjoying as a wake n bake but also relaxing before bed! Quality: Smooth, potent herb that was giving a fair amount of thick clouds in the vape. Affective at treating all sorts of ailments or at home Rona boredom XD I really like how skookum does organic herb, def makes me feel better about my purchases as im using this stuff mostly medicinally. Picked up two cans for $210 total shipping, first time budmail order. Very impressed, considering retail, two cans would ship for $315 I can't complain on the value. The buds have a honey overtone to there scent, though it is not strong at first the smell will quickly fill the room with a pungent gassy sticky icky smell. It doesn't look too crazy (very dank looking bud, but i've seen some other budmail picks in comparisonlike the strawberry jerry or Ultra pink or premier line mocha mint chip) but its what I'd expect from a quad, caked with crystals, almost has a golden hue to it. The smoke is silky smooth on the throat. Would knock you out if you were a beginner toker, one bowl should get you stoned if you're a season toker it did for me, though I enjoyed multiple bowls due to the silky smooth smoking experience, and being Christmas it was enticing enough to smoke through it over December, wish I saved some for the collection I plan on building. I don't think I would pay $150 + shipping and gst (god forbid hst) for another can, its worth it. however I would go for a can of venom over an ounce of AA big deal or most of their skookum cans, venom seems to be a good standard for an excellent expectation. I missed out on the Kush Mint Cake Quality compared to my local "garden" 10/10 - this is some serious dank by local standards. ​ Ordered 1 ounce of Mint Chocolate Chip at full price ( this will cost $105 more than the venom) from what i've heard this bud is amazing, I am expecting it to be the pick of the year maybe even my life, I am estimating skookum's Mint Chocolate Chip could be a 9/10 on my scale, again leaving room for premier lines. Gonna miss that $210 ounce price though

​ This was one of the treats in the holiday bundle. A lovely 7g jar of a premier line strain, that delivered a beautiful experience, came surrounded by a tantalizing variety of edibles and a variety of Skookum prerolls. Stunning buds: medium sized, perfect trim, vibrant colours are muted by a solid caking of trichomes. Nose is stellar: It’s overtly sweet and creamy, yet robust with notable hints of spice, and good old fuel. Complex flavor is served via a smooooth smoke. Euphoric and calming in effects. Not a crushing high; I’ve been describing it as a kush lite, with a twist. Higher doses bring on a heavier sedation. I really like this for post work into mid-evening. Thanks to the Quadsquad at BM for another standout strain. This is quintessentially a well rounded quality smoke. You want to take time to enjoy this. Not the best picture I'm sorry about that but as I know it's a popular strain I wanted to let you know the tin version is amazing. I can't say I've tried the premium line but this can version is perhaps the best strain I ever tried. The nose oh my god. I had no idea canabis could smell like strawberry . I was not prepared. It taste as great as it smell. I liked it a lot in a joint (especially mixed with a citrus strain ) but in the vape it's an experience. It was expensive but worth it for me Q: 9.5 V: 9

Back at it again with delicious Tin of Skookum! ​ Kush Mint Cake is a dank cross of Kush Mints x Ice Cream Cake. Immediately opening the jar will have your eye brows raised from the mouth watering creamy sweet, fruity cake terps that unleashes a gassy floral kush aroma when busted up. The buds are mostly medium sized, pretty dense with a nice fresh and sticky feel. Absolutely coated in crystals and a showing off a beautiful blend of colors! The taste in a vape is very creamy sweet and highly enjoyable leaving you wanting more lol. It also offers a generous amount of vapor bags in the Volcano! ​ Now for dessert! After a 0.85g vape session I was hit with a relaxed but non heavy or couched locked buzz that was also spacey but still could remain focused. You can feel it strong in the eyes/forehead and its quite euphoric. Gave me decent appetite stimulation for after work and put me in a great mood. A second consecutive bowl really leaves you in a deeper relaxation, highly euphoric and stoned to where you just wanna chill and watch a movie or stream until your ready to fall asleep. Oh boy oh boy oh boy, I’d been told to keep an eye out for this one, so I wasn’t paying attention and missed the drop. By the time I got to it they were down to quarters. I am frugal and it pains me buy per q but under the circumstances I massively rationalized and pulled the trigger on two 7g jars. I do like the little jars for stashing/storing small amounts of standout strains. The hype did not disappoint. This is a standout flower. Sticky to the touch resulting in resin tipped fingers. Beautifully manicured medium sized buds. A mosaic of colour, frosted with trichomes. Complex nose with a cream and strawberry essences underlying a rich woodsy aroma, and that distinct sativa smell. Great taste reflected nose. Smooth burn and impressive resin ring. Very much a sativa dominant in effect: stimulating and euphoric, even a tad spacey. Definitely on the “buy when seen” list. LA Cake Looks: Beautiful bud, blanketed in kief, spear shaped and nice and dense. Nugs are mature and the trim job and cure are awesome. Nice and sticky icky. The dark green leaves contrast the bright orange hairs and the dusting of sugar all over this dankness, Nose: Smells so dank, love at first smell. Fairly loud, a mix of chem, gas, pine, and spiced sweet cookies. A very alluring and potent smelling terp! Lets move onto the taste! Taste: In the Mighty vape the taste is wicked, definitely really liking this stuff. Reminds me a bit of UP wedding cake, with some more gorilla glue chem funk thrown in. Tastes like a gassy cake, with some piney forest notes, and a musty backdrop with spiced cookies that tingles the nostrils. My Mom hates when I sesh this stuff, she says it stinks, thats how you know its good :P Quality: Great Stuff, the cure and freshness are on point, nice mature nugs as previously stated, vapor is very smooth, and the high is lovely. Happy high, definitely relaxing, had me feeling on cloud nine. Potent but still no anxiety. Definitely recommend this stuff, great buy, one of my fav tins of recent memory. Q-9 V-8

Not too much smell until busted. A sweet aroma comes through once busted, backed by a candied cookie gas funk. Its great smelling, not too loud though. This stuff really reminds me of the dosipie tin i had a few months back. Taste: Taste is awesome, definitely matches the nose, and again reminds me of the dosipie, just a bit less woodsy/earthy. The taste is a sweet, candied cookie gas, with berry in there. Very divine, and unique. i think it could be terpier if it wasnt as dry, I definitely want to try another batch of this stuff, went through the tin so fast :P Quality: what we've come to expect from skookum. Nice clean high, uplifting but at same time calming. Feeling very zen after my sesh just now of it :) Smooth vapor, however not too thick clouds on this one. Back again with a deadly strain from Skookum! ​ Venom is an exquisite cross of Platinum Alien OG x Black Mamba. After some jar time, opening releases a herbal and light sweet citrus aroma that may lead you to believe it may not be potent. Don't be fooled, when crunching the bud it releases a more sweet citrus kush aroma that's very dank. Nice lime greens and while being coated with frost, the insides are just covered in sparkly crystals! The taste in a Volcano is pretty sweet but very enjoyable. This bud offers a generous amount of vapor bags. ​ Now for the poison! After a 0.9g Volcano session there's a slow creeping buzz that eventually left me feeling mildly euphoric, stoned and highly relaxed. I don't really want to get up and go cook as its making me hungry but I still can get things done if needed. Very calming relieving any anxieties or stress from the day putting me in a happy but mellow mood.
