Tried CBD isolate powder for my ADHD and made a simple DIY tincture with MCT oil. After I took a small dose and after 30 minutes, I felt a bit of calmness and helped my usual racing thoughts slow down, allowing me to focus. i know this for sure won't replace my meds, but it definitely helped with the mental noise. I think with continued use it will help me feel more mellow and focused overtime.

I got the strain Candyland. No bubbles, no weird residue. It pulls consistently with no clogging issues. It’s a half gram cart, but it feels like it lasts longer.
