Tried CBD isolate powder for my ADHD and made a simple DIY tincture with MCT oil. After I took a small dose and after 30 minutes, I felt a bit of calmness and helped my usual racing thoughts slow down, allowing me to focus. i know this for sure won't replace my meds, but it definitely helped with the mental noise. I think with continued use it will help me feel more mellow and focused overtime.

I got the strain Candyland. No bubbles, no weird residue. It pulls consistently with no clogging issues. It’s a half gram cart, but it feels like it lasts longer. The taste is good, it's sweet, earthy, with just a hint of pine and citrus. Not too overpowering, but tasty enough to actually enjoy the terps. It seems more natural than artificial. Alright, so I’ve been dealing with tension headaches and overall stress from life doing its thing, and a friend recommended this full spectrum CBD extract. I was skeptical, but desperate enough to try something new. First off, the texture is like a creamy golden butter, super smooth and easy to work with. Smells kinda earthy with a hint of pine, its not strongest smelling. It took time for me to eventually feel this wave of calm wash over me. Just mellow and grounded. The edge of my repetitive headaches I've been having faded slightly and my jaw tension relief, but only temporarily. I would use it again for recovery or stress reset. I heard that CBD has noninflammatory effects too. So, I'm just going to keep taking it daily. Hopefully by being consistent I will reap more benefits.
