i'd just like to mention hga's amazing customer service with this order. i ordered this a day before the 7/10 sale with some points. after noticing the sale, i emailed them asking if they could do anything about the price drop and they were kind enough to reimburse me the difference. unfortunately the oz came extremely dry and seeded, so I reached out again voicing my issues, they apologized and refunded me the full item price which is even more than what i had originally paid. probably the nicest looking strain i've received from hga. the oz being made up of similar sized nugs like the one shown. while being the most visually appealing strain it was also the driest i've ever received, this stuff sounds like twigs snapping when being broken up. it has a really odd smell almost like hay/green tea with a hint of those terry's chocolate oranges. i can't describe the taste, but it's not pleasant. as for the burn on this, it's quite dark and fairly harsh. i'm kind of hoping some time in a jar with a boveda will help it, but this stuff kind seems beyond saving lol.

Sour Kush has a nice fresh sour smell and you can taste the sour kushyness, good day smoke in moderation. The live resin tastes and hits really nicely for the price. I’ll move the resin to glass but not the end of the world at that price. 8/10 They answered my question really fast and I was dry and needed next day delivery and purolator delivered BC to ON 1 day so that was cool. Def will order again at some point, lmk if you need a ref code for first order.

It is a bit similar to the earthiness of mushrooms to me. Cut/Roll/Grind: I find Black Diamond to bust up and roll very easily because of the structure of it. It almost has a stiff, dry structure but it still has a good moisture level. Taste: The taste is similar to the nose but with a bit of a smoky flavor. Burn: The burn was ok. The ash was a bit salt and peppery. Potency/Effects: I don’t find that Black Diamond is very punchy for me and not usually super potent either. The effects were very mellow and relaxing and a heavy sedative feeling as well. This was very typical Black Diamond visually, flavour wise and effects. Awsome strain, puts me straight asleep. Love the smell, and taste amazing while vaping at 210c. Will purchase again, this made me want to stay with shatter instead of weed

I enjoyed this AAA+ sativa-dominant strain from KS. It arrived a bit dry and buds were small to medium sized without a load of smell or taste, but was still smooth and vaped/smoked well. Really neat looking strain with lots of colour and super caked. Q=6.5 V=8.

Smell is faint but stick your nose in the bag and it’s classic kush, earthy piney goodness. Buds are squished but super sticky. Not the most visually appealing - buds are small, squished and scrappy, but also understandable as it was only a Q (part of mix n match oz). Nice burn and oil ring, taste comes out a bit more in a joint or bowl. High somewhat slow to onset, but packs a nice punch of physical relaxation and mood elevation. Could see it being a good smoke for sleep, I prefer pink strains myself though. Overall a good buy, the mix n Match oz is solid value at 150. If anyone needs a first timer referral, let me know

Good stuff here. Caked with crystal. Smell and taste a bit muted but the high is nice. White ash, nice in the bong and joints. Good pick up for $150 (points). Solid AAA weed from KS 8/10

Green Mango, indica, aaa+ $360 for two oz with 15% off sale earning double points. Stuff was sticky as you can see stuck to the jar. Had a really unusual smell, found my self resmelling this one to try to get a handle on it. It smells like green chilies being cut, or earthy moss, or sticky earthy chillie moss. This weed wasn't for me, friends loved it, I much prefer the gassy strains. Quality: 9/10 awesome quality buds. Value: 9/10 got on sale High: 8/10 good mid level indica If you like this kind of spicy weed this is so unique and you shoudl try it. I dont know if its the photo I choose or what. Little late to review on this. It’s currently on sale for 12% off but I paid full price for it. While this strain isn’t bad by any means it certainly wasn’t my favorite and not up to par with similair priced strains on the website. Not really surprised to see the price drop to be honest. Buds are oval shaped and medium in size. Forest green calyx and dark red hairs make this stuff look like it has some solid kush genetics. The nose is strong of ripe blackberry and mild earth. Not kushy at all in the smell though. Smells a lot like blueberry weed. But blackberry. I found the smoke to be a tad harsh and I can’t get a good burn on this stuff. When I roast a bowl in the bong with my torch lighter it burns white enough, but in a joint it’s quite dark. The taste is very strong of blackberry - preferable to some. I found the high to be very strong indica. Only need a couple tokes. Bag appeal nose and effects were good, but the burn was a bit off and overall this stuff didn’t impress me as much as similair priced strains like the orange cookies and rockstar. Quality: 6.5/10 Value: 6.5/10

So I got some Animal Face (Greasegodz) from keystothequads which finally arrived last week. Saw WeedPosters had this one on sale at $180/oz which looked nearly identical to the one I got. They had a $25 off for order above $225 so grabbed a extra Q of the stuff and with the discount the stuff came to like $6.10/g, absolutely ridiculous price if you ask me and feel as though this is one of the steals of the year. To top it off, this was ordered very late last Tuesday, dropped at CP on the Thursday and it arrived today as per the delivery standard, I’m in total shock that this got here so fast. Always packaged very neatly and just in a way that the package can’t accidentally open, top notch packaging I really only have nothing but good words for these people. Flower: Animal Face (Rainzforest/Jackson Rainz) This is literally a copy/paste of my last review as the stuff is IDENTICAL to the batch I got last week. Beautiful light green nugs that are absolutely coated in trichs. Super pungent smell with some citrus/spicy funkiness with some earthy/gassy/minty hints to it. Ash is pure white, perfect burn and GREAT potency. Seriously I cannot ask for much more. The high is definitely on the sativa leaning side of a hybrid high. Felt really great after my joint and really no form of anxiety that certain sativa tend to bring out in me. I could smoke this all day long. So yeah, really sold on this strain and can really see the animal face lineage when smoking some Face Mints#3 (animal face x kush mints). Absolutely love this stuff and for the price I got this batch.. In terms of quality/price ratio I compare this to the $140/oz I got DMC from HGA a few months ago.

BLUEBERRY OG.jpg MOM Name topshelfbc.com Overall rating out of 10: 9.0 Nose- Has a great berry smell, was quite surprised with how pungent it was. Really brings back memories of the blueberry my buddy had back in the day. Grind/ Break up- Breaks up nice and fluffy, actually busts up pretty huge. A little on the dry side if I had to make a complaint. I keep putting too much in my grinder by accident lol. Taste- Was expecting more of a blueberry taste on this one, its quite faint. Still tastes good, would just have been nice it was a bit stronger of a taste. Smoke- Smoke on this one is nice and thick salt and pepper ash. Doesn't go out while I'm screwing around on my phone or whatever while I smoke. Potency- This one def hits hard and pretty quickly. Nice couch lock, I wouldn't recommend playing any games seriously. Incentive for Review- 20$ in points.

Been a while since I had a good cut of Mk Ultra, and this one from Phat Sacks is exactly that. Lovely appeal, with sticky, resin coated buds that are semi dense in structure and caked in greasy trichomes. Definitely a looker, with nugs sporting beautiful shades of light and dark greens complimented by dark purple streaks and fiery orange hairs. Nicely trimmed too, with little to none unwanted foliage. Huge fan of this profile when done right. Piney, earthy, and pungent with dank, diesel/fuel undertones. Very aromatic and full flavoured, translating seamlessly to the taste with a slight chemical gassyness. Burns very slow and smooth producing a thick, lung filling smoke. Instant oil ring in a joint with a light ash colour. Much like the Ghost Bubba, this one also offers a stoney high, but with more trippy and psychedelic effects. Very stimulating and cerebral, promoting mind wandering tendencies followed by calming and relaxing vibes. Can be slightly sedative towards the end of the high, especially depending on tolerance and amount consumed. All in all a real potent offering from Phat Sacks.

First time trying this strain, which is a potent cross between Ghost OG x Bubba Kush. Decent bag appeal with soft, yet dense buds that sport shades of olive and mossy greens accented by rusty orange hairs and forest green leaf. Neatly trimmed for the most part, and pretty sticky with plenty of intact trichome heads. The Ghost OG in the genetics seem to dominate in aroma, emitting herbal notes of earthy pine and spicy kush. Quite the same on exhale, with the inclusion of skunk as there's a rubbery aftertaste that lingers on the pallet. Smooth on the lungs despite the thick plumes of smoke, and burns decently clean with a salt and pepper ash. Fairly potent in effects, delivering a strong, stoney, head high followed by physical and mental relaxation. Depending on your tolerance this can either leave you in a euphoric state for quite a while or snoozing in no time.

I swear to god this reminds me of gingerbread cookies! Small tight dense nugs What a nice smell! Classic GSC + Spices! Taste like the smell, very nice cookie touch and like i told ya this brought me memories of eating gingerbread cookies when i was youger! The buzz is interesting, kinda chill music listening not concentrating on anything type of buzz... very good after work to just sit back and not worry about anything 245/oz is kinda pricey IMO... but if you want to treat yourself with something special its perfect... 8/10 because of the price

Product was in plain mylar bag with the strain hand written in sharpie • 8/10 Bag Appeal/Nose : Lots of medium nugs with a few larger and smaller ones in the mix. Lots of purple undertones. Clean trim. Pretty to look at. Strong smell when you open the bag. Even more so when it’s in a jar for a couple days. • 9/10 Ash : burns clean. There were also mild undertones that were sweet and gassy; gorgeous smell. The buds themselves were chunky, tapered and well-trimmed with the eighth having less than I could count on one hand. The dense nugs came with a solid cure; slightly crusty yet not brittle exterior with a sticky and soft interior. The bright lime green and forest green backgrounds made the rusty orange pistils stand out amongst the tight woven sugary exterior. It was easy to see visible trichomes on the exterior of the buds with densely packed intact cloudy and clear heads on the interior; likely contributing to the obvious stickiness noticed on the fingertips. The strain burned well in a joint with a noticeable resin ring ¼ through the jay; ending in a predominantly white salt and pepper ash. The flavors beautifully reflected the smell with sharp and sour notes of citrus followed by some gassiness on exhale. The buzz initially had me feeling uplifted and euphoric with lightheaded sensations making it challenging to concentrate. This quickly faded into an overall Indica dominant vibe as I slowly inched my way closer to tasks that required little effort. For me this strain shines as an evening strain as there were some noticeable sedative effects; which have helped me wind down over the past few nights.

The smell upon cracking the jar was initially muted but after agitating the product had distinct sharp sour and citrus notes hit my nose. The concentrate arrived as one large pile of miniature diamonds again coated by a thin coating of sauce. The texture noticed as I collected a dab was more so of a thick wet sugar consistency; making scooping a respectable dab easy. The smell came through in the smoke clearly with a noticeable sour and citrus terpene profile; which were more present on exhale. The melt was clean with no harshness or dryness at the back of throat noticed. Euphoria and an uplifting and clear headed high followed; with my eyes feeling heavy as I felt the need to squint. This later was followed by a general looseness of the muscles in my body. Thought this produced a nice buzz I could use anytime of the day but could easily put you at risk of couchlock at higher dosages.

Easy access as you’re polishing off a strain is always appreciated. The FSE itself was light peach to faded yellow hues with tiny diamonds collecting in a mass encased by a thin coating of sauce. At first glance the sauce gave the product an appearance likened to melting butter with the edges having a transparent liquid seeping out. Upon opening the jar my nose picked up sweet, creamy and berry profiles; with the possibility of peppery or piney undertones. I couldn’t be sure as they were mild, but something made the overall aroma more complex. Smooth smoke and a clean melt lead the way for plumes of smoke that revealed some mild creamy and earthy flavors. Buzz was euphoric with episodic uplifting vibes. The buzz initiated with a dominantly cerebral high that provided a clear mind making tasks (like writing a review) a breeze and busting out some vids more entertaining. Thirty minutes later did I notice myself feeling loose and relaxed without any added sedative effects. A product that will shine in many situations; as I could likely find it easy to use in social settings in addition to the usual introverted activities I’m drawn to (gaming, reading, movies and reviewing).

The colors appear dusty or lightened due to the amount of thick resin stalks making the bud look like its coated in a white shag carpet. With a macro lens; I could see an immense amount of cloudy and amber trichomes on a single calyx (check the pic). The buds themselves were significantly dense and chunky; almost square or perfectly spherical. The smell was very pungent with dominant creamy berry aromas accented by strong musky undertones that linger in your nose. Such a unique scent reminds me of a berry breathy I’ve had inn the past The burn was near perfect in a joint with a thick oil ring well below the ember; with a slow even burn and a near white ash finish. The smoke was potent and expansive; felt a burn after each exhale deep in my lungs but not in a harsh manner. The high was stellar but crept up on me 15 minutes after smoking with euphoric episodes that brought a smile to my face with everyday boring activities. The high then transitioned into an incredibly spacey cerebral high along with a potent body buzz that had me overly relaxed and chill; as I basically became one with the couch. These latter effects lasted a fair amount of time in my experience; as the effects only faded about 2 hours later. Absolute evening strain for me; as I couldn't see myself socializing post-smoke.
