**Do-Si-Dos - TopshelfBC - July**
**Looks** – Vibrant hues of green, orange, and purple come together to form a stunning looking bud. Most of the ounce was just as pleasing visually and all the nugs were between 1-5g. Trim wasn’t as uniform, with some buds looking leafier than the one pictured.
**Smell** – This batch was STINKY with a strong, almost overpowering scent of what I can only describe as baked goods gone a little bad. Not the most pleasant IMO but it kind of grew on me, it also smells very strongly of flowers and a little of perfume. It loses some points in my book due to smell.
**Taste** – The smoke is flavourful, with more of the floral and sweet taste and less of the baked goods I was getting on the smell. Joints stay flavorful until the end which is good, but I wish the strain had more of the flavours I’ve come to love in the strain like nuttiness or earthiness.
**Burn** – Stays lit easily and burns mostly white, solid oil ring and slow burn. Can’t ask for much more in this department.
**High** – A solid hybrid high, it works for me any time of the day and was of above average potency.
**Service** – They processed and shipped the order quickly, but due to CP issues it took about 3 weeks for me to receive. I can’t fault them for that but initially when I reached out, they told me to wait a few days and “they would do something” which turned out to be just telling me to wait longer. I see that’s become more standard practice now with all the CP delays. I wasn’t happy about it at the time but can see especially now why they needed to adopt that policy.
I grabbed 2 ounces of this strain along with 6 others to qualify for a pretty hefty mix and match discount of I think 35%. That dropped the price to 140/o which is the price I considered when rating value. Of the 7 strains I tried this was the one I liked most from TopshelfBC.
