Sourced from Gizmo. This particular batch is actually from July but still pretty sticky and fresh. Probably 70/30 indica but hardly a knock out. Very nice taste and burns white-ish. Definitely worth the $120 tag.

Disclaimer: all these photos are mine, and the scale I will be using will be that of the Budget Scale, as this was purchased as part of CPB’s $460 QP deal. Nose: Sweet. Fruit. This guy has a nice little berry smell, nothing too outlandish or overly pungent, but when broken up or in the jar it is very nice. Taste: smooth, almost creamy on the after taste. I really like this one, not much else to be said. Bag appeal: all medium sized nugs with 1 or 2 smalls. Surprisingly moist/fresh so there was no shake at all in the bottom. Very impressed, and weighed out to a 28.9. High: it’s an indica; it’s mellow and long lasting. I like it a lot. Overall: this guy gets an 8/10. This is my second favourite after the Purple Space Cookies from the same order. I would heavily suggest this guy if you are looking for a good AAA indica from CPB.

Nuken Live Resin - MOM GetBulkWeed - Mid November

This Live Resin has a gentle earthy/grassy nose. The colour is a vibrant yellowish orange and it shimmers nicely in the light. The taste is slightly sweet and earthy. The high was strong, and a good sized dab did nit send me into a coughing fit. Overall this is a nice Live Resin, although it had a very faint musty smell/taste to it. For the price I would consider this again.

REVIEW: Got some inspiration from seeing your guys posts, thought I’d show off my MOM as the bud quality is really impressing me lately. All my bases were covered and expectations even exceeded. ________ TERPS trying to escape from bag. STICKY when breaking up buds and on the side of my grinder. TASTE remains throughout joint.. doesn’t fade hard after first few puffs. STRONG.. no impulse to smoke again for a few hours. 8/10 ________ Wish I bought more … had a coupon from live chat too but oh well… try something new next time. Happy tokin everyone

Nuken - High Garden Marijuana // November 2020

Nuken is the Canadian cannabis lovechild of Kish and God Bud has and it has made it's way through our market on almost every level, from budget ounces to quality crosses with heavier genetics. I'm happy to say that this particular batch punches well above it's weight in terms of potency and overall terpene profile - as much Nuken found today can be hit or miss. Sporting a well-timed cure, this indica dominant cross held a proper humidity level and was just on the cusp of falling into the "sticky" category. A particular sourness unique to this strain dominates the aroma with distinguishable notes of lemon, skunk and grass, little of which is translated to the exhale (while dry pulls remained flavourful). These effects, while not overbearing, remained potent and energetic with just the right amount of sedation. This is a wonderful expression of a common strain that sets itself a few notches above the competition.

Death Chocolate Mousse -!- High Grade Aid -!- Nov 2020

I find the batch I got to be lacking in smell, or at least what other people review. I smell onions, fennel, and garlic when I crack the nugs open. I do taste some hints of gas when puffing on a joint. It also hits very well, after 2 pulls I could feel a high coming in. Solid 8/10 . If I tasted chocolate it would have scored a 9 from me.

Critical Kush-Shades Of Green-Mid November

Bag appeal: These buds come large in size and are quite compact, light green with some dark green and little specs of purple. It has a light coating of crystals, when cracked open they are much more prominent. The smell I would describe as a spicy piney type, and the nose isn't going to punch you in the nose, but its still very much there. Grind/Roll: This bud is a breeze grind, compact buds but still easily broken up, stickyness is middle of the road, which in turn helps with the roll, I would say moisture level is perfect on this stuff. After ground up this stuff doesn't lose its shape at all, super dense weed tube. Smoke: This is a very enjoyable smoke! super smooth, nice light grey ash, Resin ring started fairly quickly also. The taste is right there with the smell, piney , spicy, and maybe a bit of earthy that I didnt notice on the smell test. Joint smoked nice and slowly and didn't go out once while casually smoking, Potency: What can I say? I'm a sucker for potency and wow, this one surprised me. As I stated in the bag appeal part of my review, The outside of the buds aren't super caked looking. Don't judge a book by its cover! I Immediately felt this hit me in the forehead and eyes after a couple puffs, by the time I was done the joint my eyes wanted to go have a nap, fighting off the initial power of this it settled into a I'm a dopey idiot that doesn't really know what's going on type high. Keep this one for getting to sleep, or a late night movie type thing. My overall is going to be high for potency alone on this one. Overall for a AAAA 9.8

Great batch of pink .. Budget menu on site .. this stuff was smelly as soon as bag was opened .. typical pink kush smell to it .. Sticky to touch and bust up , same with rolling , sticky all around .. great high for a AAA+ . Most buds were medium sized . Few smalls .. and some leafy buds ,but nothing to complain about .. Ice Cream Cake - Kootenay Craft - Sept 2020 (Preview)

This Ice Cream Cake arrived on the dry side as two chunky large nugs with some smaller, scrappier buds to complete the quarter. Lots of resin production, with a familiar aroma of sweetly-pungent Cake-y kush (sour earthy sweetness?) Experience begins as a woody, dank sweetness with a gassy pungency, then becomes sweeter as it settles into a creamy, earthy Cake profile, finishing as a rich diesel sweetness. Quite flavourful and right down the middle in terms of being creamy vs gassy/woody Solid potency even from the smaller nugs, this batch seems headier than some prior experiences with ICC. Punch Breath - Budmail - Oct 2020 (Preview)

Really enjoyed the prior tin from July so this was a quick pick with their fall promo This batch of Punch Breath (Mendo Breath x Purple Punch F2) has surprisingly tart, citrusy sourness in its aroma, which is a little diff than prior PB experiences.. A really nice fruity nose, and in particular you can really smell a minty, citrusy sweetness on your fingers after grinding the bud + rubbing the stems. Arrived slightly dry (despite the humidity pack) as caked small-to-medium nugs that were quite dense The citrusy terps don't come through as much in the experience, starting as a woody, slightly tangy sweetness that settles as a slightly Breath-y, earthy sweetness with some spicy notes late. Would describe it as being sweeter and not as rich or deeply grapey/Breath-y as the previous batch from this source Solid potency as an enjoyable balanced relaxant that helps take the edge off things but doesn't leave me sedated, (prob a 7.75 or 8 in our potency scale). Went through this pretty quickly

"Delato" - Kootenay Craft - Sept 2020 (Preview)

One of the more attractive flowers from their Sept drop, this "Delato" aka a specific pheno of Dolato (Do-Si-Dos x Gelato) arrived as dense, highly resinous nugs with tight trim, good humidity and an earthy, 'fresh' minty/woody sweetness in its aroma Flavours start as an earthy/floral woody, skunky sweetness, then it becomes a slightly dank, woody sweetness before settling as a creamy cake-like Gelato sweetness with splashes of fruit/berries. Noted that this cultivar was quite tasty/smooth throughout Having enjoyed both parents of this cross numerous times, I'd guess that this cultivar came from a citrusy pheno of Do-Si-Dos (as opposed to a gassier or earthier pheno) mated with a particularly creamy Gelato (as opposed to a gassier or woodier pheno). This cultivar was considerably tastier than a prior experience with Dolato, replacing the expected dank/earthy/nutty/gassy profile with a brighter experience Felt like an indica-leaning or indica-dominant hybrid with solid but not overwhelming potency, well-rounded cultivar ________________ Full Disclosure: This is a donated product that will result in 7g of flower being gifted by 416 Strains towards our Cannabis for Good initiative. Potency (strength) 9.5 Smoothness 9.5 Ash colour 9 Taste 9.5 Price 9 Beautiful, colours and frosty coating on this weed. I’m very much enjoying it! Crazy terps and smell on it that are very fruity/cherry. Love the exhale and nose on this. Very caked with huge trichromes all over the well manicured bud. The high really has my mind racing too!

Red Congo / HGA / November

At this point I can confidently say that HGA’s red congo is my number 1 sativa at all time, and the very definition of desert island weed. If i had to smoke only one strain during the day for the rest of my life, this is it. As others have mentioned it has an almost root beer like flavor to it, and a smoothness to the smoke that is just incomparable. The high is perfect, you just feel perfectly in the zone with zero anxiety or stress, with a focus and clarity that makes this easy to smoke no matter what task you have to complete after. I was hesitating to pay full price for this one as I was hoping for another smalls deal for 100 bucks cheaper, but if any weed is worth the tag, it’s this. Plus it’s nice to have a jar full of these larger, beautiful nugs to admire. Buying this stuff feels like investing in happiness and peace of mind lol

Critical Plus 2.0 - CAMMP - November 2020

These gorgeously caked buds range from medium to large size. The aroma admitting from them is a dank lemony tropicalness. The buds are a real nice semi dense to dense with a nice spongeyness. Cured and trimmed to perfection. Burns clean and even with a light grey ash while smoked in a joint. The taste is a unique one consisting of sweet and spicy citrusyness with hints of lime, it is quite pleasant. After smoking I immediately felt euphoric and calm and relaxed. I was still motivated to be active. Medium to high potentcy balanced hybrid. This one was the AAAA hand trimmed, valued at 150 a zip. I would pick this one up again for sure. Quality - 8.7 Value - 8.7

Death Chocolate Mousse - HighGradeAid - Early November

I recently purchased an ounce of the new batch of Death Chocolate Mousse from HighGradeAid. This is my favourite strain, I grab an ounce or two every time they drop a new batch, so I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed no matter what. This batch exceeded my expectations. When I first opened the bag, I was met with a wave of intense gassy chocolate with lemon undertones. It’s ridiculously pungent, there’s no way to open this discreetly. It’s also very very sticky, many of the buds were sticking together, and they were not packaged too tight at all. The appearance of this batch is a mixture of greens just coated in white trichomes. Way better trimmed than the last batch as well, even the small nugs in my ounce were tight and frosty, no scraggly bottoms or excess leaf. Very nice bag appeal this time around. The smoke is thick and heavy, typical of DCM. It makes you cough, but not because it’s harsh. It’s actually a really smooth smoke, very enjoyable. The nose really comes through in the flavours too, I really taste the chocolate and lemon tones. The potency is the real attraction of this strain, it just floors you. One or two bowls and I’m in a chair for a few hours. I have not found any other strain that has such a nice sedating effect on me. There’s also a fair bit of euphoria with this strain, so really a wonderful high all around. Overall I’m very happy with this pickup, DCM never lets me down. The shipping was also very fast, 3 days with Canada Post. Great experience with HGA as always. I’m sure most of you have tried this strain by now but if you haven’t, I absolutely recommend it. 10/10
