Fantastic buy for the price ($79 oz) Super potent quality, with a delicious taste. Will be purchasing more of this, and other strains in the near future. Amazing deals right meow...but...then again...there's always amazing deals with Boxed Buds.

This cookies strain was absolutely awesome. Big funky buds, that are super delicious!! Would definitely wanna get this one from HGA again, some of the better cookies I've had in awhile. Would recommend to any cookies lover and bud lover as well. 9.5/10 rating for this. Could be a AAAA in my opinion

Wedding cake was not my favourite strain from HGA and does not deserve the AAAA ranking associated with it. It had a really cool funky smell and looks really nice, but the bud doesn't burn that well and doesn't taste that good. I would have ranked this a AAA+ to AAAA- at best. It was very inexpensive while on sale and therefore was definitely worth the price. I'd give this a 6.5/10

Purchased an oz of this strain in December on sale. Buds were huge and absolutely covered in trichomes, with lots of different hues of purple, green, and orange. Nice bag appeal, but is also very potent. When vaped in my pax, creates thick, satisfying vapour and it gets me blasted in comparison to other strains. Perfect humidity as well, probably my favourite strain from HGA so far. Would recommend. Q: 10/10 V: 9/10

My new go to for Budget.

Gripped a zip during the holidaze sale. Very happy with this purchase. For under 2 bills this is solid flower. Lovely gassy lemon dank taste and smell. Buds are frosty and were dry but still sticky. Mostly small to medium buds. Vapes nicely in my pax. Yet to fire a doobie however. Potency and high is where deathstar shines and this is a great example. Love the high. Great for afternoon and evenings. Or a very lazy morning. Which during these times im sure many people have been indulging in lol. Recommend this flower. Especially on sale. Q:9V:8.5

The death chocolate mousse is fantastic. Although very similar to the death mint cookies, the mousse gives you that feeling of your face melting off. Although slightly less pungent on the smell and taste like less sour or earthy/cheesy? It's still really smelly and really tasty, just I think the Mousse is slightly less dank in that aspect. The buds were of a decent size, no complaints there. It still hits really hard when smoking. Quality - 10, Value - 10(bought on sale). Really love the free upgrade for faster ship through Purolator and the numerous discount incentives.

Strain - Black Diamond Widow Mom - Tegridy Farms Smell - the lineage I am assuming to be black diamond x white widow, the terpenes this sports is almost identical to the black diamond strain. You can really smell the sweet blackberry terpenes as soon as you bust this stuff open. Quite pungent, it's a unique smell that consists of blackberry wine, earthy, and almost sweet all blended together in this strains nose profile Smoke - Flavor definitely translates from smell to smoke on both the inhale and exhale quite well. I found it smooth yet robust at the same time smoke with an earthy blackberry taste on the inhale and more of an earthy exhale with a lingering berry taste. Medium grey salt and pepper ash, oil ring present within the first few hoots High -  you can feel the high come on mid burn, heavy on the eyelids, decently relaxing strain. More for later in the day or evening smoke, you won't want to have a whole lot lined up post smoke because it almost for sure won't happening. Packing a punch over all but still capable of task completion post blaze Quality:  very dark green olive colored thick buds with dark purple almost black hues, good squeeze and density. All medium sized nugs with a crispy shell and sticky once busted open. Decent milky trichome coverage, slight sugar leafs, and dark copper pistils. This is a unique strain that I found to be a hitter all around

Wedding Cake from HGA - Buds were all medium - big , nose was subtle at first and then after cracking a nug open you get a great citrus/cakey nose that im really enjoying that some what comes through on the smoke , grinded up got a bit fluffy and dry, smokes very good not perfect would say overall AAA+-AAAA- ash burned a tiny bit black but overall decently, i think it was well worth the price tag at 132$ a oz , good pick up if you want quality and budget option.

Mimosa is a strain that I was introduced to by my brother who is working in the industry in BC. It was last Christmas when I got the surprise hidden gift of a 1/2 lb of mimosa in a bag of turkey "leftovers". I still remember the amazing feeling when opening up this bag to put the "food" in my fridge just to find the sweet smell of citrus hitting my nose when I opened the bag. Enough about my history with this strain and back to the review - Opening this jar brought me back to that moment. The sweet smell of citrus is overwhelming, it has to be one of my favorite "fruity" strains alongside the likes of Limonchello haze. The terps on this batch were insane and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of this batch. Potency - 8.5/10 (Nothing over-the-top of a slap to the face which is what I love. I love a strain that is balanced and doesn't leave me too sleepy after smoking a bunch. This strain left me happy and uplifted.) Aroma - 10/10 (No question about this. I rate this 10/10 because of the smell when I opened the jar, the aroma is absolutely insane. It smells like orange juice but much sharper. It's absolutely divine) Taste - 10/10 (I really cannot explain it much better than saying two things: Orange juice & Clementine. I don't know if anyone has tried it, but tropicana sells this Orange & Tangerine juice that tastes the exact same as this strain. Its actually mind blowing) Look/Structure - 9/10 ( Look at those diamonds! Great example of what live resin should look like, with a great structure going on and just clumps of THCa diamonds. The only unfortunate thing about this & the reason why its getting a 9 is due to the reason that its a bit syrupy. What I mean by this is due to the consistency of the batch, the concentrate got a bit all over the jar & made it a little harder to scoop up everything)

I know I stopped reviewing for quite some time so please forgive me as I am getting to all the reviews I have missed out of due to spending time with my fam (socially distanced ofc). I'm going to be completing the rest of the advent calendar giving it my utmost honest opinion. This shatter had a great snap and pull consistency to it that I loved. When I get shatter like this I immediately think of BCMedi's AAAA line. Great stuff with a lovely color & consistency. Potency - 8.5/10 (Great high from this one. Made me really euphoric and relaxed at the same time, I really don't know how else to describe it - a great daytime high) Aroma - 8.5/10 (Straight berries. This aroma is sweet and fruity. For shatter I was very impressed, I find that most of the shatter that I purchase doesn't have the strongest nose in comparison to other styles of concentrates) Taste - 9/10 ( The aroma translates directly over to the taste. A great berry terp taste that leaves you with a mouthful of berries. I haven't had a blue dream experience like this before, I primarily expect this due to only having smoked flower and not having that terpene concentration in comparison to concentrates) Structure/Look - 10/10 (Straight snap and pull, great clarity and still after having this opened for two weeks there is no sign of nucleation whatsoever.)

I’ve been liking KC’s LSO strains, so much flavour, potency is on point, and the buds just look amazing. I’ve had made KC one of my go to MOM’s as I’ve never been disappointed. The flavour profile is obviously cookie on the exhale. The pungent smell transfers very well into the smoke too. I recommend giving Kootenay Craft a try!!

Made this order during the RSO oil sale and best DMC batch. The price on the rso was unbeatable. With discounts also applied I paid 317 for a total of 10ml rso, 28gr DMC and a 1gr cart. Pricing can not be beat. The oil from viridesco is amazing. The vape cart is great. The DMC is one of the best batches Ive gotten from HGA. Burns super smooth. Burns white as snow. SUPER pungent and potent. Another order from HGA Im very happy with.

Thin Mint Cookies • Lineage: GSC Phenotype • Bred by Unknown • Cultivated by Private ACMPR • Sourced from @cleangreencanada • ? • Bag appeal - the perfectly trimmed medium sized buds are cured to absolute perfection being very dense, greasy, and sticky to the touch and alot more so inside. These pale looking nugs are made up of forest and olive greens with hints of purple throughout and a mix of peach and copper colored pistils. A layer of milky white fuzzy looking trichomes cover these buds with some tiny heads still visually intact. • ??? • Smell/Taste/Burn - the nose is perfect on this cut and reminds me more of an ICC then TMC with overtones of minty funk to sweet cookie and vanilla undertones and is quite loud. The terps translate perfectly to a smooth and very flavorful smoke that tastes of sweet cookie dough with that same overtone of minty funk and hints of gas. Joints burn perfectly with a huge oil ring that forms well beneath the cherry and produce a mostly white ash with minor peppering. • ? • High - starts with a cerebral rush of calming euphoria that is soon coupled with strong body relaxation. This full body stone builds becoming very potent and is definitely the best cut of Thin Mint Cookies I've ever had. Works amazing for chronic pain, stress, depression, and even anxiety. This one also finishes with heavy sedation being a great choice for those who suffer from insomnia and is definitely best suited for lazy days or evening use. • ? • Overall this is one of the better cuts of TMC I've tried. The bag appeal is great, the terps are amazing and translate perfectly, the burn is clean and greasy, and the buzz is potent and long lasting. I rate this...... Quality 9.5/10

Amazing Indica strain. Very aromatic with pungent and earthy tones. Leaves a sweet after taste though. Buzz is very euphoric and relaxing. Quite a giggly high. Flowers burn so well. Nice frosting on them. Good price for a strong effect. Highly recommended!!

Awesome pick up from KS, this is rated as a AAA sativa leaning hybrid and it was on sale through their Holiday Sale, factoring in points as well this was a very reasonable purchase. Compact, sticky and caked Diesel smelling buds ranging from medium to large size. Definitely a stimulating strain upon smoking, lots of focus yet relaxing at the same time hence the sativa leaning hybrid. A lot of this in a short amount of time will absolutely give some anxiety, I’d personally recommend this for morning and afternoon use then switching to something more indica leaning for night time. Honestly super happy with this recent purchase, very good quality at a more than decent price. Dank Breath • Lineage: PBB x Rockstar • Bred by Unknown • Cultivated by Pacific Bud Boys • Sourced from red_dye_design • ? • Bag appeal - these small and medium sized immaculately hand trimmed buds are cured to perfection being uber sticky, like next level sticky, very greasy and slightly spongy. Made up of almost all gorgeous purples with some appearing greyish blue and the odd hint of forest green peeking through with very bright fiery orange pistils. There is a thick blanket of resinous trichomes that cover them entirely and have loads heads visually intact with many being amber in color as well as some clear and cloudy. • ??? • Smell/Taste/Burn - the smell upon opening the jar is not overly strong but not muted either with a dank kushy and nutty nose. Once busted there is a sharp gassy overtone to nutty and kushy undertones and smells absolutely delicious. The terps translate well but in much more of a dank fashion with dank nutty earth with gassy overtones. Joints burn perfectly even with a nice oil ring well beneath the cherry and produce an outer layer of grey ash that has a pure white center. • ? • High - a very stoney head in the clouds type high kicks this one off and sticks around the entire time leaving me stuck on stupid and is very euphoric. A strong body load chimes in around 30 minutes later sure to leave you couchlocked when enough is consumed and is very lethargic regardless. A very long lasting high that also finishes with some sedation making this one best suited for an evening smoke. • ? • Overall this bud is absolutely stunning with amazing bag appeal, an awesome terp profile that translates perfectly, it burns with a grey outer ash that has a pure white center, and the high is potent and long lasting. I rate this....... Quality 9.5/10

Zombie OG (OG Kush x Blackberry) Company:Tfcannabis Great looking herb at first sight. Moist and slightly sticky dark lime green buds coated in light orange almost pink hairs, and completely caked in crystals and shiny trichomes. Smell subtle but I get sweet citrus and musky. Taste is kushy I get deep musky/earthy oranges that almost translates to sour. Great tasting herb! High is mid-level so perfect product for starting you day or afternoon smoking. I enjoyed this herb. At $90 an oz ..this is a no brainer, everyone should try!

Holy Grail ( OG#18 x Kosher Kush) Company:Tfcannabis Sticky tight Lime green buds covered in red hairs with some decent crystal coverage but lots of trichomes shining in the light. Slightly muted at first but once agitated smell is sweet and very piney!. Taste is pungent citrus/pine that takes over your taste buds long after smoking with some sweetness(grape) in the background. Great tasting herb(old-school flavor)and potent. High is strong and creeping, im relaxed and euphoric i fell happy but so chill and heavy eyed, definitely going to flick through YouTube for an hour +..Burn is nice considering a few extra sugar leafs, smooth and slightly resinous with a mostly salt but also peppery ash.Great herb overall,.excellent high and taste is ?. I would reccomend this for evening and night-time smoking or as sleep aid depending on joint size.

Everyone who sampled this loved it. This weed made non stoners convert for jan 1 !!!! 9.5/10 It the real deal. Very tight thc covered buds. I see strawberry jerry as apex strain from canadian breeders. Go canada ! 9.510. The best value . No where else has this strain and price. It now sold out sadly . Disclaimer - i bought this after extensive research . Alot of ' other reviews' about strawberry jerry were quick to say it wasnt the same. Fyi: all growers wont finish there plants exact and may have even different temps when finishing to draw out more color. It not a fair comparision as each grower will adhere to his/her standards
