Gary Poppins - Little Pants - 02/16/23
Bag Appeal: 8/10 After waiting for a few days I got my hands on some Gary Poppins and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The buds were a deep green colour with hints of orange and purple throughout. They were covered in a frosty layer of trichomes that sparkled in the light. Smell: 7.8/10 It has a sweet and fruity aroma that is reminiscent of fresh berries and a hint of a baked good. It's not overpowering, but it's definitely noticeable and makes you want to take another whiff. Taste: 8.2/10 Upon inhaling, the taste is not overwhelming, but it gradually intensifies as the smoke settles in the mouth. There is a subtle earthiness to the taste as well, which adds some depth and complexity. The combination of sweet and earthy flavours creates a harmonious taste that is very pleasant on the palate. Smoke/Burn Quality: 8/10 the burn was very even and consistent, which is always a good sign of a well-grown and well-cured strain. The buds burned slowly and evenly, which allowed me to fully enjoy the smoking experience without any interruptions Potency: 9/10 I would say that Gary Poppins is definitely on the stronger side. It gave me a nice buzz that was both energising and relaxing. It wasn't too overwhelming but definitely got the job done. Overall Rating and Value (1-10): 8.3/10 Gary Poppins buds are like little snow-covered mountains, with a unique aroma that's like a basket of fresh berries topped with a sprinkle of earthiness. The flavour is just as delightful, with a sweet and fruity taste that's like biting into a delicious pastry. The potency is strong, but not overwhelming, providing a nice and energising buzz that's perfect for socialising or getting creative. The smoke/burn quality is top-notch, with a slow and even burn that goes down smooth and leaves behind a light and airy ash. Overall, Gary Poppins is a strain that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable smoking experience.
