8 Strains (samples) - Emerald Castle Med - $150/oz - Jan. 2018

Disclaimer: I received these buds for free in exchange for the photos. So I probably got a bit over a half ounce in total. I e-mailed a lot of the MoMs on the list offering to do photos in exchange for free bud. I had a few who were interested, but Emerald were the first to actually send me something in the mail. I'm not going to review the buds because I didn't pay for them and I haven't even sampled them all yet. So I will leave the reviews up to other people who have ordered these strains. Hope you all like the photos!

Banana Kush - Grass Chief - $99 half ounce (160/oz) - 18 Jan 2018

Medium to medium/large size buds with not much popcorn at all. Pretty much a kush smell, not much of the banana coming through there. Might look a bit loose on the trim in the pic, but they are dense with a nice consistency and moisture throughout. All around a nice looking bud, if nothing special on the nose. As for the smoke, again the kush comes through. The banana is mild and about halfway through my session with the Solo2 I really started to notice and enjoy the taste. I would have preferred the banana to be a bit stronger, and if I didn't know the strain I likely wouldn't have been able to tell you it was banana, but that is me bringing my own expectations in before trying it. It was verrry smooth in the vape, and was great to puff on while opening my packages that arrived today. I didn't give it a chance to couch lock me as I was up and moving about, but I wanted to give it a try right away :) I'm going to try some again before bed to see how that works out, as I've read it is a good one for sleep, which is a big one for me. At 99 for a half ounce I'm happy with it, and at 160 for a full ounce it's definitely worth a shot. Grass Chief has it right again with it at AAA/AAA+. I wouldn't say it's a stand-out in any category, but it still ticks all the boxes for me.

Nice bud, nice day high that put me in a good mood , just enought strong ! Smell sweet and funky , smalll hint of banana peel like said john , it's small but overall it's a smell i really love ! + nice tasty smoke sweet and smooth ! For 160$ can't ask anything else, price quality !

Annihilator kush 2.0 - Grass Chief - $239oz($175 bundled) - Jan 22

Beautiful looking buds and a true heavy hitting death Bubba cross. The smell is great, don't get me wrong. It's just compared to the greasy pink death Bubba or even sweedys platinum Bubba it's a little gentle on the nose.

Oregon Huckleberry - Kootenaycraft - $260/oz - Jan 15/18

All big nugs on this one. It has a difficult to pin down smell.(though very pleasant, it's hard to describe.) Hits like a truck! Pretty soft buds but dense, has a decent cure on it. This one hits very hard at first, full on head stone, kind of turns into a more relaxed buzz within the hour. Perfect nighttime joint to enjoy some TV without your eyes sealing shut like you get with some heavier Indica. I am enjoying it. No more 10% off sundays, I emailed them and they said they are moving to a higher discount % but rotating what buds are on sale. (Though not yet listed as such on the site). 20% off on 4 quarters still applies as well as the 50$ welcome bonus. Still good value IMO.

Pink Tuna - Grass Chief - free upcoming strain sample - Jan 2018

**Sorry for the pic. Lazy and quick. Tried this first after receiving my GC care package. Got the the 2oz quad bundle, which I will review later after a full puffdown and ponder. This strain is great. Fast high.....then it kept going. Very heady to start. Made my eyes water a bit. Made me pretty stupid too for 20 mins. Then it rolled into a nice body buzz, and chill out faze. Didn’t make me feel locked down though. Still motivated and a bit electric. Great smell. Reminded me of sugary cherries or raisins. Kind of like really fresh pipe tobacco. Would recommend giving this a whirl. **bud melted in the bowl. Almost no ash, and the smoke was the smoothest exhale I’ve had in a long time (finally done burning off that budget holiday weed I splurged on....$100 weed sure tastes like $100 weed). The smoke was almost spicy and sweet. Wife thought it tasted like apples and cinnamon.

Some of the best tasting bud ive ever had. Taste like melons/cannalope, Smells like cannalopes when you open the bag and has a skunky smell from farther away. Burns white nice and clean one of my fav strains. Not a well known mom but i use them everytime they have this strain in stock.

Sorry still pretty ripped from the Cherry Skunk Kush I might have to wait till later to properly describe the high but it smells like a classin Master Kush; a little leafy with some nugs but real good for the price. Will update on the high later on hold tight everyone :)

Cherry Skunk Kush - Okanagan Green - Split HP $750 - January 2018

I've smoked a few bowls of this and it burns clean white/grey ash. The effects feel more like a sativa a strong cereberal uplifting high followed by relaxation; sativa dominant hybrid perfect for the day. The taste is like a sour cherry blaster candy; its sweet and almost sour with a finish of skunky goodness! I enjoy the taste more in my vape compared to smoking bowls it's a really nice strain. The smell wasn't as good I was hopping but once you break the bud apart there is a sweet/earthy and slight skunk aroma. The nugs are very dense and ranged from 0.3 - 2.9 g. Zero shake with my 2 ozs and actually weighed over by 3 grams. OKG is really good for the counts.

Rootbeer "shatter" - Ganjagrams - 20$g - January

Ive had their cheap shatter called black widow shatter on 3 or 4 different orders and its the same price The consistancy is the difference. I am not fucking impressed with this 'shatter' being complete poop soup. I ordered it so i could touch it with my fingers to roll into a ball and get into my tiny ass vape pen [hand oils i know, aiiye ye ye] I emailed these bums about 4 days ago and havent heard one thing. I also tagged them on discord twice about it. Radio Silence /u/ganjagrams what the fuck is this shit?

Been wanting to check them out since they came on the scene. Their strains seemed to good to be true. My buddy grabbed a few quarters and was raving about them. I traded an eighth of my blue space cookies that are coming this week for an eighth of this. Fucking rocks! It smells like fucking Flintstones vitamins and the taste 420% translates. I'm gonna have to hit them up, they have an incredible selection. Wanna try Ziellies gift !?!?!

This bud is like a bag of citrus, like 5 alive right in the face, but in a good way. you would swear there was a clementine in here or something lol.. really nice head high on this one, taste is pretty smooth, no coughing. great Saturday chillout weed, no jittery high, no burnout yet either, but I am feelin pretty relaxed. same as others I posted, 10% off on Sundays, order 4 quarters save 20% more, 50$ cupon for first time buyers. Great for trying out a few strains no one else is carrying.

Red Congo - Emerald Castle - 150$/oz - January 19 - Amazing!

Lovin this! I have tried the Red Congo from bcmedichronic, and while that was great, quite a bit better! Insanely sticky/sappy, smells and tastes amazing. Stunk up my house when I un-packaged it. Very impressed. Great quality for the price!

Apologies for the photography, it does this no justice, very dense buds, could have used a little bit better of a trim for the price , but really my only complaint. Nicely frosted buds with an earthy fruity nose that hits you the second the jar opens. This for me is night time weed for no plans and potential for an unexpected doze. Highly recommended.

Sorry photography needs upgrading, photo does this no justice. I bought this a little after their black Friday sale, I believe it was 20% off. Very nice flower, sticky with a very fruity nose but with some serious gas undertone. Dense and covered in trichomes. Smoked nice and clean, started off with a very cerebral high that turned very mellow after a bit. Loved this would buy it again for sure.
