Ordering & Pricing: 180/oz flash deal on the strawberry cough, $25 1/8th of the Cherry pie.
Communication: Not Great. My package was mis-routed several times and ended up taking 2 weeks to arrive. I opened a ticket after a little over a week, and didn't get any response for 3 full business days (plus a weekend). I had to use the live chat after 3 days to get a response at all.
Packaging: This order was shipped in a flatter box than usual, and as a result, my order was slightly squished.

Strawberry Cough
This was my second time ordering strawberry cough from this place, its a great strain. Super dense nuggets that smell like a wild strawberry patch. This batch looks just as good, but I did find a seed on my first nugget, and it actually looks kind of mature. (score?) Also, the note the squish from using a smaller box (the package wasn't crushed at all, the box was just too thin IMO)

Cherry Pie
Not much to look at, but it's got a unique flavour I'm having a hard time putting my finger on, i don't think it's cherries. but its interesting. smokes well, but nothing to write home about.

Incentive for Customers: based on the size of your order you can choose a free gift, I think my only options were a couple different types of papers. I got a pack of rizlas, I don't roll joints much so no comment there.

Notes: This was my 2nd Herb Approach order, and it didn't go quite as smoothly as I'd have liked, but I really like the strawberry cough so I might give them another shot.
