(**17/20**) Packaging / Customer Service: Shipping pack was well sealed and was in a thick cardboard box keeping all the glass jars safe. Product packaging is what you would expect for sauce, the glass is around 2-3mm thick and the lid stays nice and sealed all the time, though the lip is extremely annoying. Sticker on the side indicating which strain is inside is clear and sort of hard to read, wish this would be changed. The customer service received from HVE is top notch, orders always shipped out instantly, you have nothing to worry about ordering from these guys they make the process a breeze so much so I increased the rating on this because of how amazing their customer service actually is.
(**17/20**) Smell: This stuff is straight pine, can use a better word to describe the smell in my opinion, just super piney very very nice on the nose.
(**18/20**) Appearance/Texture: Very diamond like crystally texture, personally what I prefer in a sauce texture myself, the Indicas from HVE tend to come out this way in my experience so far.
(**16/20**) Taste: Taste much like it smells extremely piney very clean taste.
(**16/20**) Potency: This stuff is strange, its definitely top notch but the high wasn't what i was expecting. I felt instantly focused without much haziness at all - it was super clean and not heavy just very chill.

Final Thoughts: Extremely good choice in terms of HVE products if your looking for a nice taste / smell with a clean focused high, with only a slight haziness.
