Made an order Friday, July 4th for a LB. Paid by etransfer minutes later and accepted by them a couple hours later. Didn't receive package or a tracking number by Tuesday, July 8th so I contacted CS. Was told that the payments department would contact me in a couple hours. Wednesday, I email again, asking for an update. "We'll send another email to the payments department." Thursday and Friday emails have not been responded to since. Has anyone else had issues with them like this and were they resolved?

BulkBuddy promised to send my missing product, admitted it was their fault—then ghosted me. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years, spent thousands, and this is the thanks I get? No replies. No updates. Just silence. This is shady as hell and straight-up disrespectful. You don’t treat loyal customers like garbage. BulkBuddy, step up and fix this before more people see how you really operate.

Yea ive seen bad reviews but ive order a lot off them and haven't had any issues. This was the first order in a while and they accepted payment quick (Tuesday) and the order was processed and shipped within the same day i'd say, shipped in 2 days just got here this morning (Friday).
