Picture perfect diamonds here. I was blown away when I opened the advent calendar and saw this guy waiting for me. The stench of lemons when I opened the jar just made it that much better. Potency - 9/10 (Like any diamonds, I expect them to be hard hitting. This batch did just that. Got a huge mental boost which I did not expect, which lead to me cleaning my house, doing my dishes, and then later crashing to eat chocolate and watch Mando kick some ass) Aroma - 9/10 (Yummy lemons and citrus as soon as you open this jar. It's a great taste, albeit one of my favorite smells. I'm a huge fan of any weed that has a resemblance of citrus and this stuff kicked my head off, great smelling product) Taste - 10/10 (I don't know how lemons could be even more sour - but this one has a distinct flavor to it. For anyone who drinks craft beer, it tastes almost like a sour beer crossed with lemon/heavy citrus weed. Its a mind-fuck for sure but hey, that's what I love!) Look/Structure - 10/10 (Absolutely picture perfect diamond consistency here. Just looking at this picture we are able to see the great chunks of THCa crystals just waiting to be dabbed. Great clarity in this batch too in comparison to the meat breath diamonds I did a while back)

This is the only batch of hash that was included in this advent calendar that I wasn't let down by. To be honest, this is the only hash that I would have like to have been included seeing as it is the only one that adheres to the quality standards that were expected. Potency - 8/10 (Great indica heavy hitter. This stuff works as a great topper with any strain that has a great earthy dank flavor to it. I paired some of this with my Black Sugar that I grew and the earthy terps I got were insane. Great high that left me glued to my couch) Aroma - 9/10 (STROOONNGGGG smells of earthy and musky terps hit your nose as soon as you open this jar. This is what hash should be like - this stuff turned me on to good quality hashish. I was pretty much done with hash after receiving the mercedes hash in this advent calendar, but this may just be the saving grace) Taste - 9/10 (Ohhhhhhweeeee this is what I love! The earthy musky taste of this hash is unbelievable, especially when paired with a strain that has that flavor profile. Great flavor from this batch and I am actually thoroughly impressed) Look/Structure - 9/10 ( Great structure - crumbles like no bodys business. This stuff is great for toppers and just has an absolutely great look to it. I definitely would purchase this hash again.)

This one got me excited. Just the look of it screams terps to me. Opening the jar I was very happy with the smells that came out - almost a deep danky grape smell. Potency - 9/10 (Heavy indica hitter here got me on my ass bingeing netflix. Nothing else to say other than the fact that this strain has a amazing body high) Aroma - 10/10 ( OH MY GOD THE SMELL! This stuff smells like straight grapes. This strain along with limeade/mimosa from the advent calendar have to be my favorite. I'm not to sure if it's the extraction process but I feel like there are much more terps present in live resin in comparison to shatter/wax) Taste - 10/10 (Heavy grape terps hit you immediately after smoking a dab of this stuff. The terps last in this batch. For probably a minute and a half after taking this dab my mouth was coated with this berry flavor) Look/Structure - 8/10 ( Although I do like the terp sauce in the batch, it does make it extremely hard to work with. As you can see in the picture half of the concentrate got stuck to the roof of the jar which made it frustrating to deal with. Otherwise this would have got a perfect 10 in my books, color is there, consistency is just a little off)

Lets just get straight to the point - This hash should not have been included in a advent calendar that was advertised as "Only the finest quality concentrates". Each day was supposed to be a half gram of concentrates that we're listed at the $40/g price point. This hash is listed on their site for $10/g.... That means that I'm "paying" a $15 markup for dirt hash. ($5 for a 1/2g of mercedes hash is the regular price whereas in the calendar its $20/half gram) This is literally the worst hash I have smoked in my life apart from high-school hash. Potency - 1/10 (Nothing was here. I felt ashamed adding this as a topper to my Strawberry Banana Grape I grew. This stuff gave me a headache, it was seriously like I was trying hash for the first time when you used to get garbage quality stuff in high-school) Aroma - 2/10 ( Extremely muted grassy notes but once again, in comparison to other hash's that I've tried, I cannot rate this higher than a 2/10) Taste - 1/10 (Like dirt.... Not the lovely earthy taste we get from hash. Just dirt) Look/Structure - 1/10 (This stuff doesn't crumble well. If you thought it was dark on the outside - it's still the same on the inside. This stuff almost has a tar like consistency where the hash sticks to your nails and clumps when you try to crumble it) Once again, this is extremely disappointing and misleading as of this point to have received this product. It was labelled on their website that it would be product of the finest quality, and I can assure you that there is better quality hash on their website. I'm starting to get frustrated with the amount of low level concentrates that are being placed in this advent calendar. From the three types of hash that I've got and the kief, it's just a let down knowing that it could have been an extra 2g of something that appeals to me more.

I felt a little let down with this one. I was not expecting to get kief in a concentrate advent calendar. I'm not that impressed with the product and would much rather have gotten a half gram of live resin / shatter / wax considering the price point of this. Potency - 6/10 ( Lots of plant material in this so I feel like it was bottom bag kief. In comparison to the kief that is in my grinder, it definitely is the underdog) Aroma - 6.5/10 (Mild hashish smell - nothing that really smacks you in the face. There are also light gassy terps present) Taste - 6.5/10 ( Just based on quality of kief I have smoked in the past I have to rate this a 6.5. I feel like it just doesn't have the same punch to it, I don't know if this is due to the large quantity of plant material that is in it, but this just tastes like a really muted kief) Look/Structure - 5/10 ( I can't in good conscience give this more than a 5/10. The reason being is that the actual kief is riddled with pieces of plant material that stick out and are quite easy to notice)

Mimosa is a strain that I was introduced to by my brother who is working in the industry in BC. It was last Christmas when I got the surprise hidden gift of a 1/2 lb of mimosa in a bag of turkey "leftovers". I still remember the amazing feeling when opening up this bag to put the "food" in my fridge just to find the sweet smell of citrus hitting my nose when I opened the bag. Enough about my history with this strain and back to the review - Opening this jar brought me back to that moment. The sweet smell of citrus is overwhelming, it has to be one of my favorite "fruity" strains alongside the likes of Limonchello haze. The terps on this batch were insane and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of this batch. Potency - 8.5/10 (Nothing over-the-top of a slap to the face which is what I love. I love a strain that is balanced and doesn't leave me too sleepy after smoking a bunch. This strain left me happy and uplifted.) Aroma - 10/10 (No question about this. I rate this 10/10 because of the smell when I opened the jar, the aroma is absolutely insane. It smells like orange juice but much sharper. It's absolutely divine) Taste - 10/10 (I really cannot explain it much better than saying two things: Orange juice & Clementine. I don't know if anyone has tried it, but tropicana sells this Orange & Tangerine juice that tastes the exact same as this strain. Its actually mind blowing) Look/Structure - 9/10 ( Look at those diamonds! Great example of what live resin should look like, with a great structure going on and just clumps of THCa diamonds. The only unfortunate thing about this & the reason why its getting a 9 is due to the reason that its a bit syrupy. What I mean by this is due to the consistency of the batch, the concentrate got a bit all over the jar & made it a little harder to scoop up everything)

I know I stopped reviewing for quite some time so please forgive me as I am getting to all the reviews I have missed out of due to spending time with my fam (socially distanced ofc). I'm going to be completing the rest of the advent calendar giving it my utmost honest opinion. This shatter had a great snap and pull consistency to it that I loved. When I get shatter like this I immediately think of BCMedi's AAAA line. Great stuff with a lovely color & consistency. Potency - 8.5/10 (Great high from this one. Made me really euphoric and relaxed at the same time, I really don't know how else to describe it - a great daytime high) Aroma - 8.5/10 (Straight berries. This aroma is sweet and fruity. For shatter I was very impressed, I find that most of the shatter that I purchase doesn't have the strongest nose in comparison to other styles of concentrates) Taste - 9/10 ( The aroma translates directly over to the taste. A great berry terp taste that leaves you with a mouthful of berries. I haven't had a blue dream experience like this before, I primarily expect this due to only having smoked flower and not having that terpene concentration in comparison to concentrates) Structure/Look - 10/10 (Straight snap and pull, great clarity and still after having this opened for two weeks there is no sign of nucleation whatsoever.)
