Stay away from Eastcoastquads

So I won a 50$ credit used it towards a qp. Received it fast but found 2.8g with tiny patches of mold. Sent videos..pictures.. asked others did research. It was confirmed mold. Discreetly messaged them and let them know. They said they can’t do anything unless I return the pack to an address in New Brunswick. I stated I did not have a vacuum sealer nore have I sent anything before. He said it’s fine wrap the qp in 3 garbage bags and box it. “It should be fine” so I wrapped it got it already and just didn’t feel right. I then just sent some Christmas cholocolate and a note stating I’m sorry I didn’t feel comfortable sending that much or anything back at all without a sealer. He then used his business account to “redirect my replacement package with his business account. Took a photo of my address posted it all over social media calling ME a scammer smh. This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life and to leak customers address information just baffles me. I would definitely ate away from ordering from here. Now I am out almost 300$ and it’s Christmas on top of that.
