Mixed Buds - HGA - September 2023

Haven't ordered from HGA in a long ass time but saw a nice $300/qp mixed deal that I had to take a chance on. Buds came in what seem to be 3 different strains: 1st (left) is Mac 1 x Cereal Milk, 2nd (middle) is a tuna cross of some sort, and the 3rd (right) I'm not entirely certain but I BELIEVE is most likely a FCGSC pheno. Whenever I order anything >$100/oz from HGA, I'm expecting small, sticky buds of great quality. In this case I was blessed with mainly medium sized nugs throughout the entire qp, with very few smalls to account for. I split up the strains and it's much easier to get a sense of the terps. Been burping my tuna strain all the god damn time it smells amazing, pure dank. Mac 1 x Cereal milk has a strong fruity/creamy aroma that's easy to get addicted to. The potency is there as always, something I specifically frequent HGA for. I was very happy with all the strains but was kind of blown away I was able to get such gorgeous Mac 1 x Cereal milk nugs for such a low price. Easily my favourite weed on the market for all around quality and can rarely every find it, so biases may be in play here but I was pretty grateful for what I was sent. Overall, couldn't be much happier with this purchase. Buds were large, frosty, smelly and sticky as hell. Potency is there as always, and the price was genuinely incredible. In terms of overall quality I'd have to give this stuff a solid 8-8.5/10, but for the price an easy 9.5/10, would EASILY purchase again in the future if none of my main strains are available.

Pink Mango (Wizard Weed) - HGA - August 2023

Visual: It looks really light and the colour is mostly lightly green with a bit of brown/red hair. Nugs are quite sticky but could trim a bit more. Smell/taste: It smell and taste a bit more like grape fruit rather than mango. There's a bit of earthy undertone as well. Effects: Generally balanced and give decent stoney feeling. However it's more noticable on the head and less relaxing compared to indica.

Tom Ford Pink Kush - HGA - August 2023

Solid AAA strain Visual: There's a bit of fluffy part but the rest of them look fine. They are frosty with good colour to it. Smell/taste: It has a balanced sweet and earthy flavor. There's a bit note of fruit and tobacco as well. Effects: Hit quickly with stoney effects that started with the legs before spreading all over the place and make me really sleepy.

MK Ultra - High Grade Aid - August 2023

It's not quite popcorn and more like small spade-shaped nugs. They trim it really well and managed to keep the frosty part of the nug intact. It's just so caked and beautiful! I couldn't make much of the smell it's probably just pungent. The smell is lacking but the taste fair a bit better too. The high feel peaceful and really get me into the zone.

Grapefruit Kush x Pink - High Grade Aid - August 2023

This cross does taste similar to grapefruit however it doesn't feel like the balanced hybrid high from grapefruit kush but more of lean toward the indica side. It can be a bit of leafy but I think they didn't trim away since it's where the purple and pink reside. The high can get really sleepy.

Viridesco Honey Oil 510 Carts // High Grade Aid // May 4

This was the last part of my 420 purchase. They have a mix and match deal which worked out to 10 0.5ml cartridges for $100 which was a great deal imo. Usally save the smoking of these for before bed. If I use during the day screws up my tolerance and another joints will get me high due to the much lower THC percentage obviously. Started with the Seawrap cart as I've never tried this strain. I heard on here it's a wee bit lower on the THC percentage which is why they probably grow a bunch to just make oil out of because it still gets me nice and high with great medical effects such as my back pain and my insomnia. So the last couple years I've been ordering off DD but lately I found it to not be very good quality like it used to be say a year ago. As soon as I took my first hit of the pen it instantly brought me back to high school the taste of this honey oil is what honey oil should actually taste like sorry to explain but if you know you know. I started off pretty mellow after about 5 or 6 minutes of smoking the pen you can instantly feel those Indica effects coming on not super strong but enough to where you can feel it I smoke this after a brunch and it didn't give me any cabbage lock or any crazy burnout so I can continue on with my productive day. This one I believe was 78% THC. Behind every other day as normally I like to keep the honey oil before bed but since this stuff is very evenly balanced I would say this is a great early mid late day smoke and appropriate doses obviously. So what are the mix and match I just got five cards of two strains the second one for this review was the Papaya Punch. Ever since I tried slurricane when I first was released I got a hard on for anything purple punch lol so I have to get this. Surprisingly this one came in a little bit lower at 75% THC. Since that PP has (usually) a very strong nose and taste. Since there's no added terpenes I was hoping for a nice classic purple punch taste I'm in a very little of the papaya. Again this reminds me of the stuff I used to smoke back in high school when I was stupid expensive very smooth doesn't have a very strong taste but there's definitely a sweet fruitier taste than the first one which I wouldn't expect from the first one anyways. 13 percentage I found this one to hit me a wee bit harder maybe it was because I was tired and ready for bed but I really felt it in the eyes before you know it those eyes were sealed shut As I mentioned in my Dragon Tears review this was my first time using this manufacturer and I am very very happy with everything I've got. Those plastic syringes are a little strange but it doesn't really matter in the end. I know this was a wee bit long but my final thoughts are these guys know what they're doing when making oils although you can't really buy them in big bulks like DD but I'd rather quality over bulk

Strain - Death Mint Cookies x Death Chocolate Mousse  Visual/Texture - two absolute staples unifying together to collaborate for this beautiful strain. A zip of spear shaped tapered buds varying between smaller to medium sizes. Fresh feeling nugs having a semi dense firmness, with a sticky trichome lining reaching every crevice. Nicely shaded by emerald green hues with an accompanying dark forest tone, highlighted with rich plum patched undertones. Shiny crystal shrouding the entirety of each structure, while flowing with fiery orange hairs Scent/Burn - a properly produced terpene cocktail hitting the nostrils, a unique scented pungent skunky fuel, sweet hints of a doughy herbal nuttiness, swirling in a lighter chocolate presence. The nose is projected back to the smoke, with each inhale bringing on a sweetened doughy gas, along with nutty skunky herbs. Smooth smoke, burning off a fluffy silver colored ash, and an oil ring present within the first few hits High/Effects - DMC x DCM both being reliable stones in their own aspects, with the pairing backed by a potent high not taking long before the effects take the reigns. An increased pressure begins building behind the eyes, while receiving building levels of euphoria. Brought to an uplifted mood, while easing away any issues being experienced. The body receiving  a subtle sense of relief with relaxation taking priority. A good strain to wind down, having to search for signs of motivation post blazing

MAC X Cereal Milk AAAA - HIGHGRADEAID - Jan 2023

This was from the sale during the beginning of the year. Excellent overall, nice dense buds, strong high. Burns clean and smooth, great taste. Potency on point and would definitely buy this again. AAAA for sure and really wish I had more of it!
