My package was mis-routed several times and ended up taking 2 weeks to arrive. I opened a ticket after a little over a week, and didn't get any response for 3 full business days (plus a weekend). I had to use the live chat after 3 days to get a response at all. Packaging: This order was shipped in a flatter box than usual, and as a result, my order was slightly squished. Products / Photos: Strawberry Cough This was my second time ordering strawberry cough from this place, its a great strain. Super dense nuggets that smell like a wild strawberry patch. This batch looks just as good, but I did find a seed on my first nugget, and it actually looks kind of mature. (score?) I got a pack of rizlas, I don't roll joints much so no comment there. Incentive for Review: None. Notes: This was my 2nd Herb Approach order, and it didn't go quite as smoothly as I'd have liked, but I really like the strawberry cough so I might give them another shot.

Very helpful people that you can actually speak to if you want to explain your symptoms, they had provided helpful articles for me as well as great product recommendations. Understanding my circumstances would require an understanding for my character, so i was really happy that they would listen and support me Packaging: Came in the mail like my other mail, i didn't even know it was from Herb Approach haha the random home address confused me for a second. Once you open the box, it's completely vacuum sealed so there is no smell at all. Packaging is 10/10 Products/ Photos: I ordered the Headband ounce for $170, and this strain was really good, very smooth and the rips hit right away. Best bud i've seen in a long time, and i've seen a lot of buds. Platinum Bubba Kush - Herb Approach - $170oz - January

This strain was from their new years promotion, it also came with a free gram of hash which i have been grinding and adding to my joints. I tried this strain on its own and it got me really high, wasn't sure if it was because it was the first blaze of the day or the strain, most likely both. Was really happy with this purchase! Best time to smoke it would be the evening.

I caught the end of their boxing day sale and got an oz of Purple Space Cookies for $150 on sale from $280. They didn't give me anything extra and have not compensated me in any way for these photos. I took all these photos earlier today. Let me know how you like the photos and if you have any tips, ideas, or suggestions on how to improve them. Acapulco Gold - Herb Approach - 150/o deal - Jan 9

Sorry for the crappy focus. Phone camera doesn't like extreme closeups. Smells very earthy and spicy with a bit of a sweetness to it. Buds are nice and dense, fairly frosty too.
